One of the things we love most about serving events in Miami is the variety, every neighborhood has its own energy, its own venues, and its own vibe. Here’s a breakdown of the Miami neighborhoods we serve most often and what kind of events we typically see there.
Brickell & Downtown Miami
Brickell is Miami’s financial and corporate hub, which makes it our busiest neighborhood for corporate coffee catering. Think product launches, executive breakfasts, investor meetings, and all-day conferences in high-rise hotel ballrooms and rooftop venues. We also serve a growing number of bachelorette parties at Brickell penthouses and rooftop pools.
Common event types: Corporate conferences, product launches, bachelorette parties, rooftop events.
Coral Gables
Coral Gables is one of Miami’s most elegant neighborhoods, home to stunning estate homes, the historic Biltmore Hotel, and a number of upscale event venues. We serve a lot of weddings, bridal showers, and quinceañeras in Coral Gables, the kind of events where coffee bar presentation matters as much as the coffee itself.
Common event types: Weddings, bridal showers, quinceañeras, garden parties.
Wynwood & the Design District
Wynwood is Miami’s creative core, art galleries, converted warehouses, and brand activation spaces that attract a design-forward crowd. Our most creative setups happen here: custom branded carts, logo latte art, and coffee service for pop-up events, gallery openings, and fashion activations.
Common event types: Brand activations, gallery openings, pop-ups, corporate creative events.
Miami Beach & South Beach
Miami Beach events range from intimate beachfront ceremonies to large hotel ballroom weddings at the Fontainebleau or 1 Hotel. We also serve a lot of bachelorette parties here, villa pool days, hotel rooftop parties, and boutique hotel suite gatherings.
Common event types: Weddings, bachelorette parties, hotel events, villa gatherings.
Doral, Hialeah & the Western Communities
The western Miami-Dade communities are the heart of Miami’s Cuban and Latin community, and the heart of quinceañera culture. Doral and Hialeah have some of the largest event halls in the county, regularly hosting 200–400 guest quinceañeras and family celebrations. Our bilingual baristas and café cubano menu make us a natural fit here.
Common event types: Quinceañeras, family celebrations, baptisms, communions.
Coconut Grove
Coconut Grove is bohemian and lush, the kind of neighborhood where weddings happen in private gardens and corporate retreats book waterfront mansions. Our setups here tend to lean into natural aesthetics: wood accents, greenery, and menus focused on single-origin pour-overs and cold brew.
Common event types: Garden weddings, private estate events, corporate retreats.
Fort Lauderdale & Broward County
We regularly serve events across Broward County, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Coral Springs. Whether it’s a corporate event at a Las Olas office or a wedding at a Hollywood beach venue, our team travels with full equipment and handles setup just the same as a Miami event.
Common event types: All types. Travel fee applies outside Miami-Dade.
